Returns & Refunds Policy - Iron Phoenix GHG

At Iron Phoenix GHG, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and refunds according to the following guidelines:

Non-Personalized Items:

  • Eligibility: Unwanted items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Return Process:
    • Email support@ironphoenix.store with your order number and reason for return. Include photos or videos if relevant.
    • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
    • Ship the item(s) to: Iron Phoenix GHG, 142 W. Milton Rd Trlr 7, Ballston Spa, NY 12020, USA, using a trackable shipping method.
    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

Personalized Items:

  • Eligibility: Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Defective/Damaged Items:
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the damage/defect.
    • We will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Cancellation window: Cancellations are available for 24 hours after an order is placed. After the 24 hour window, the order will proceed as a return.

Clearance/Final Sale Items:

  • All clearance and final sale items are sold "as-is" and are non-refundable.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items or incorrect shipments.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
  • Defective items may be exchanged or receive store credit at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours.

  • Shipping Errors: Contact us immediately at support@ironphoenix.store to correct shipping errors before your order is processed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses once shipped.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within 30 days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@ironphoenix.store.
  • Documentation: We document all return openings with images/video for chargeback compliance and fraud prevention.
